We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to scale our portfolio globally. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. You'll lead and manage the digital marketing efforts for our Shopify-powered sites while developing and optimizing campaigns across platforms — including Amazon Marketplace, Google Ads, and Klaviyo!

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead and execute cross-channel digital marketing initiatives focused on driving traffic, sales, and customer acquisition across Shopify and Amazon.
  • SEO, Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
  • Drive visibility and sales on Amazon Marketplace through ad campaigns, listing optimization, keyword targeting, and analytics.
  • CRM & Email Automation: Manage Klaviyo email marketing flows to nurture leads and increase LTV.
  • Data, Reporting & Insights: Track, analyze, and report on performance using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other tools.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Advantageous).
  • 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong eCommerce and paid media background.
  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, PPC campaigns, and agency relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks independently and to completion.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and HubSpot. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.

This is a hands-on role for a strong executor and strategic thinker who can manage agency partners, align with growth goals, and directly impact performance. If you love building, scaling, and measuring full-funnel digital marketing programs — we’d love to talk.

Please note: This role will start with a remote arrangement and will transition into a hybrid work arrangement out of the WeWork office space.
