Digital Marketing Manager - Sports Nutrition

Blonyx is a sports nutrition brand on a mission to help as many people as possible achieve their athletic ambition. We are on the hunt for a digital marketing genius who has a passion for e-commerce, SEO, GA4 and designing cool tests to increase traffic, clicks, conversions and customer retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary role will be to be the digital marketing master of the Blonyx team. Alongside the rest of the marketing crew, you'll be the one who sees opportunity in our data and designs tests to grow our company 1% at a time through fast idea execution, data collection and continual iteration.

You should see digital marketing as a web of connections and cross channel strategies that pushes people down the funnel / experience loop towards becoming a customer and advocate.

Your work will include:

• Analyzing data (GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo etc) to identify issues, opportunities and ideas
• Design and run tests to improve data. These tests will include things like:
• Social media strategy changes (e.g. running ads to compliment posts; updating profiles to increase click through)
• Web site landing page updates to increase product page click through and email capture
• Run A/B tests on Klaviyo to increase website referral
• Create event landing pages to drive conversion
• Work with the team to design a new approach to social media that increases email capture
• Executing an on-site AI chat bot that improves customer service and increases conversion
• Testing the incorporation of UGC and testimonials into our web pages to increase conversion

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a degree (ideally in business, IT, marketing or related)

5+ years of digital marketing experience or directly related experience

Demonstrated understanding with examples of execution of at least some of the above requirements

Extra points for applicants who can demonstrate entrepreneurial tendencies, have been promoted quickly and who are outgoing and initiative takers.

Salary: $60K+ Plus medical and dental. + a flexible working environment and 2 days in-office requirements each week

Please note that this role is partially remote, and requires you to be at our North Vancouver office 2 days a week. As such, only candidates that live within reasonable commuting distance may apply. Our staff travel from Squamish and all over the Vancouver area.
