Job description

Working hours : Monday to Friday – 40h / week

Job location : Hybrid, Montreal (work in remote 2days / week)

Salary : from 75k / year

Our client is a company specialized in organizing educational trips for schools across Canada and the United States.

They are looking for a new Digital Marketing Manager - Hubspot Specialist to support all the company's marketing activities, with a 360° approach, from content strategy to online visibility, customer relations and the animation of digital communities.

Your role :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Manage and optimize inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot (emails, workflows, segmentation, automation, lead scoring).
  • Create and maintain high-quality digital content : blog posts, landing pages, visuals, newsletters, social posts, and more.
  • Oversee the company’s social media channels (mainly Facebook, Instagram) and ensure engagement within the educator community.
  • Track performance (SEO, campaign results, website traffic, lead generation) and prepare regular analytics reports using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Assist in planning seasonal campaigns, especially aligned with the academic calendar.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and stay on top of best practices in digital marketing within the education and travel sectors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and nurturing efforts.

Skills and qualifications :

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Excellent understanding of the North American school environment, teachers and their realities.
  • Bilingual French / English - excellent oral / written communication skills, especially in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub (certification an asset).
  • Experience or keen interest in education and tourism (school trips, teaching materials, training, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of SEO / SEM principles, marketing automation and Google tools (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager).
