We are looking for a digital marketing expert passionate about e-commerce marketing, SEO, GA4, and designing innovative tests to boost traffic, clicks, conversions, and customer retention.

Responsibilities

Your 6-month goal will be to increase website traffic and conversion rates. You will work with our marketing team, which will provide content, mentorship, support, and benchmarks to help you succeed. You will leverage SEO, email marketing (Klaviyo), GA4, and Shopify tactics.

• Analyze data (GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.) to identify opportunities by understanding customer behavior, which will inform your marketing plan.
• Design and execute tests to increase traffic and conversions, including:
• Enhancing social media traffic via customer email uploads and targeted ads
• Testing Shopify apps for upselling and cross-selling
• Creating and A/B testing new landing pages
• Optimizing current landing pages with cross-linking and back-linking strategies
• Running A/B tests on Klaviyo email campaigns
• Developing event landing pages for conversions
• Innovative email capture methods
• Refining product pages and testing to improve conversions

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, business, IT, or related fields; other degrees accepted with solid marketing experience
• 5+ years in digital marketing or related experience
• Proven experience with the above responsibilities, demonstrated through examples
• Entrepreneurial spirit, quick promotion history, outgoing, and proactive attitude are a plus
• Love for sports and athletic pursuits is desirable but not required

Position Details
