Job Description

There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the Marketing Team as the Digital Marketing Manager. Working closely with senior sales and marketing staff, this individual will be directly responsible for the overall digital marketing and communications strategy and execution of Onni’s residential brands. This position takes a leading role in the supervision and planning of the company’s digital marketing, with a focus on paid media. The role seeks a confident individual with a knack for brand.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning of digital marketing activities across multiple residential brands.
  • Managing online paid display campaigns (Google, Programmatic Display).
  • Executing paid social media campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Implementing SEO and SEM initiatives.
  • Managing organic social media channels, developing content calendars, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Creating comprehensive social and digital media project plans, tracking performance, and optimizing ROI.
  • Managing external partners, negotiating rates, and briefing project requirements.
  • Developing purchase orders for vendors and contractors.
  • Using data to generate reports, identify trends, and inform strategies.
  • Setting and measuring goals for growth and campaign success.
  • Ensuring consistent and relevant messaging across platforms.
  • Managing Google My Business listings, updates, and approval processes.
  • Troubleshooting issues with internal and external partners.
  • Implementing and QA’ing site tagging and measurement solutions.
  • Executing in-house paid social campaigns.
  • Conducting website audits and managing implementation of recommendations.
  • Defining and tracking Google Analytics KPIs and building reports.
  • Developing assets, messaging, and testing strategies.
  • Defining target audience segments.
  • Consulting on email marketing strategies and automation.
  • Providing industry insights, creating best practices, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing practices including social media, SEO, and Google tools.
  • Management experience in marketing roles, preferably in retail or real estate.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing or Business (asset).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software and website platforms like WordPress & Craft is an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good communicator.
  • Resourceful problem-solver and trustworthy team player.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000
