An educational nonprofit organization in Vancouver is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online presence and digital growth strategies. You will be responsible for enhancing the organization's profile through social media engagement, multimedia content production, and data-driven strategies. LDS - Learn. Develop. Succeed. is an innovative, research-based, nonprofit charity serving children, youth and adults with learning differences. In collaboration with academic institutions, LDS offers individualized, evidence-based, technology-embracing programs that target student-specific learning needs. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead our online presence and development and implementation of our digital growth strategy. This role is responsible for significantly expanding our reach, growing our followers across social platforms, and driving engagement through multi-media storytelling. The successful candidate will combine creative content production with data-driven strategies to enhance LDS - Learn. Develop. Succeed.’s profile among learners, families, educators, supporters, and community partners.
The Digital Marketing Manager will report to our Senior Manager, Communications and coordinate activities with our entire support and educational team.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead manage all elements of our digital growth strategy. Specific responsibilities include:
Start date: As soon as possible
Reports to: Senior Manager, Communications
Hours of work: Preferred hours of work are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday to Saturday, with flexible start/end times and the occasional need for work outside of that time. Monday to Friday schedule also possible, pending discussion in an initial phone screen. One day a week working from home is typical for team members after one year of employment.
Remuneration: Salary range of $55,000-$68,000 commensurate with education and experience.
Location: LDS – Learn. Develop. Succeed. East Vancouver Learning Centre, located at Rupert and East Broadway. Easily accessible by SkyTrain or bus.
Job Type: Full-time permanent, 40 paid working hours per week (42.5 hours in office, including 30 min daily unpaid break).
