Title : Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to Senior Director, Marketing Downstream

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, results-driven and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team!Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Downstream, the Digital Marketing, Manager will be based in the Toronto office and will lead the Digital Marketing team / activity by providing a holistic approach to strategizing, executing, and optimizing Venus Concept’s B2B and B2C digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including organic and paid social media and search, email marketing, website content / SEO, and content creation. This dynamic role is focused on driving lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing campaign performance to support both corporate and clinic-facing initiatives. Key tools used in this role include HubSpot, Sprout Social, Google Ads / Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SalesForce.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to plan and implement content marketing across web, social media, email, and other channels
  • Develop and implement content for digital channels including social media posts, blogs, eblasts, landing pages, and more. Collaborating with graphics to create assets
  • Monitor and report on social media activity, including community management across all channels using Sprout social
  • Create and manage custom engagement program for targeted audiences using digital platforms
  • Work with the Brand Manager’s to develop and advance the Company’s B2B and B2C website strategy, lead generation, consumer awareness campaigns such as influencer campaigns, and other initiatives within the budget
  • Oversee and nurture email campaigns, monthly email programs, and special eblasts
  • Quarterback the Venus Concept Educational Webinar Series through cross-channel promotion, KOL management, and webinar facilitation
  • Manage in-house marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) for seamless integrations
  • Develop Venus Concept’s social media policies and ensure company-wide compliance
  • Manage Digital Marketing agencies, including strategy, content briefing, budgets, reporting, campaign optimization, platform improvements
  • Discover new digital marketing vendors, manage relationships, negotiate renewals, and optimize performances
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on all digital marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Liaison with Sales Directors, Brand Managers, Sales Development, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth marketing program delivery and alignment in messaging
  • Cross-functional collaboration to effectively create and execute various marketing program offerings
  • Manage / optimize the digital budget while reporting on ROI and forecasting metrics

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience with proven track of record in digital marketing, campaign management, analytics, and reporting
  • Experience in CRM tools such as Sprout Social, Hubspot, and Salesforce
  • Experience creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns, landing pages (Unbounce, HubSpot), and marketing automation workflows / nurture campaigns
  • SEO best practices and web content management, including working with developers and updating website content
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in pulling and analyzing data to generate performance reports
  • A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning and digital innovation (e.g. AI and automation)
  • Ability to meet competing deadlines in a quick-paced environment
  • Experience in leading an in-house, dynamic digital marketing team including content creation for digital assets
  • Ability to drive complex changes by persuading and working with other departments
  • A bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in marketing
  • Experience managing and growing multiple social media accounts
  • Aesthetic industry experience is an asset
