About the job

Twilio is experiencing strong growth and is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and acceleration for our CPaaS portfolio. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, APJ, this role will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that build pipeline across direct sales and self-serve channels.

The Digital Marketing Manager, APJ, will work in close partnership with Campaign Management, Product Marketing, and Sub-Regional Field Marketing teams to deliver an optimal channel mix. By amplifying regional campaigns and targeted programs, you will generate qualified demand, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute to Twilio’s growth across the region.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Drive our digital campaigns and customer engagement strategies in Singapore and across the APAC region.
  • Execute integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
  • Collaborate with campaign team to orchestrate digital journey for amplification of Global/ Regional campaigns into target markets and audiences
  • Partner with Field Marketing teams to understand sub-regional needs, provide strategic digital advice and tactical support to strengthen brand or deepen engagements through all digital channels.
  • Design and activate Account-based marketing campaigns that support customer lifecycle and retention.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, display, paid social, email, programmatic and SEO.
  • Drive channel optimisation strategies to maintain efficiencies, scalability and establish best practices.
  • Structured documentation and processes to foster ease of collaboration.
  • Effectively manage priorities, ensuring timely delivery of projects with accuracy and quality.
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends across APJ region and bring fresh ideas to test and scale.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, engagement) using tools like GA-4, Salesforce, Tableau and Looker.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining reporting frameworks that can inform strategic decisions and ongoing campaign optimisations with actionable insights.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or Technology industry across Asia Pacific.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and tools: SEM, SEO, paid media, social, email, programmatic, 6Sense, Demandbase, content marketing and more.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., GA-4, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and copy-editing skills in English.
  • Able to adapt strategies to diverse regional markets and different audiences.
  • Excellent relationship, partnering, and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with global, regional and local marketing and product teams to align on marketing media strategy and business goals.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support campaigns across Mandarin-speaking markets an advantage.
  • AI in Marketing : Exposure to or experimentation with AI tools in marketing workflows.
  • Design and Messaging Sense : An eye for visual design and marketing messaging is a plus.
