A Day in The Life:

We’re hiring an experienced, strategic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our entire paid marketing function overseeing paid ad optimization, landing page optimization, email optimization, ad setup, creative setup, and email setup. You will directly optimize ads, landing pages and emails and manage, coach, and hold accountable email specialist, data analyst, ad creation specialist. When required you will put up your sleeves and do setup the ads and emails yourselves to help speed up the process.

Your primary responsibility will be optimizing ads, landing pages and emails to increase volume of qualified leads and revenue based on our KPIs plus driving our paid marketing team to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets through strategic oversight, continuous coaching, clearly defined KPIs, and rigorous accountability. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and our director of marketing to create compelling offers, refine marketing strategies, and ensure outstanding performance across all marketing initiatives.

As a senior leader, you must be fully aligned with our top three core values:

Note: This role is not suited for someone seeking to coast or searching for a traditional "9 to 5" job. We measure success strictly by outcomes—not by effort or intentions. What you will do:

  • Optimize our paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Search, Pmax and Display.
  • Optimize our landing pages and emails through extensive a/b testing.
  • Rapid launch and optimization of ads by a/b testing creatives and copy with the help of internal and/or external specialists.
  • Manage, coach, and hold accountable all paid marketing team members (creatives specialist, email specialist, data analyst, ad specialists).
  • Ensure weekly sprints, tasks, and KPIs are consistently met, reviewing work quality and effectiveness.
  • Strategically guide and assist the team to consistently achieve quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to create compelling, innovative offers and detailed instructions for marketing execution.
  • Continuously monitor marketing metrics and proactively adjust strategies to ensure sustained growth and performance.
  • Provide weekly reports and insights clearly outlining marketing team performance, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven culture within the marketing team.
  • Ensure flawless creation of ad and email directions, posting and optimization.
  • Ensure flawless creation of split test direction and execution.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have…

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven social media and search ad optimization experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven landing page optimization experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven team management and coaching a team of 5 or more.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven social media and search ad opt
  • Deep understanding of key marketing metrics, data analysis, and proven ability to translate insights into measurable actions.
  • Strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding aggressive lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and teams effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills, with a clear track record of fostering high-performing teams.
