Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Bondada Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive to join our Public Relations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand’s digital presence, driving engagement, and generating measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategize and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
2. Manage official handles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
3. Create and run WhatsApp Broadcast Campaigns for targeted communication.
4. Plan and monitor email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking.
5. Prepare performance reports, analyze KPIs, and present campaign insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Perform budget tracking and ROI analysis for digital marketing spends.
7. Maintain campaign data logs and digital content archives.
8. Coordinate with design and PR teams to deliver platform-optimized creatives.
9. Stay updated on latest digital trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

Required Skills

1. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
2. Proficiency in WhatsApp Business Marketing & Email Campaign Tools.
3. Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards) and PowerPoint.
4. Understanding of SEO/SEM, campaign targeting, and digital analytics.
5. Excellent content understanding and visual communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

1. Any Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
2. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
