Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital channels. This role combines creativity, organizational skills, and digital know-how to manage content creation, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral while helping to drive the company’s overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation
    • Develop engaging content for digital platforms including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and website pages.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing collateral such as infographics, brochures, and presentations.
  • Social Media Management
    • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
    • Monitor performance, respond to comments/messages, and ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Email Marketing
    • Build and deploy email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
    • Analyze performance metrics and optimize email content based on results.
  • Website & SEO Support
    • Update website content via CMS (e.g., WordPress).
    • Assist with basic on-page SEO practices to improve search visibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track KPIs using Google Analytics, social platform insights, and campaign dashboards.
    • Generate regular reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Campaign Coordination
    • Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
    • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
