About Us: GreenFox Windows and Doors is a community of professionals dedicated to making homes better. As we expand our marketing efforts, we're on the lookout for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator enthusiast to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Marketing Manager and assist in executing day-to-day activities, projects, promotions and events within the marketing plan
  • Assists in the planning, production, procurement and inventory management of assets, printed collateral, branded merchandise, trade materials, and more
  • Manage and maintain corporate websites, including adding and removing content, addressing and repairing technical content deficiencies, ensuring website is live and current
  • Perform daily updates to social media sites, Google My Business for multiple locations including responding to reviews, YouTube as directed
  • Assist the content creator on graphic design projects
  • Providing marketing support required
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for two sites
  • Ensure SEO strategies meet specified KPIs with monthly reporting
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis with monthly reporting
  • Write SEO optimized monthly blog posts for two brands
  • Manage link-building and outreach efforts

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience with working knowledge of SEO practices
  • A strong love for continual learning
  • Data, analytics and customer experience driven mindset
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (GSC, Google Keyword Planner, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Meta Business and Ad Manager.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Elementor, WP Bakery, Shopify, WooCommerce etc.)
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • 1 to 2 years of experience with graphic design and Adobe applications
  • Knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and change priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a Team-player with the ability to work independently, comfortable with collaboration and building effective relationships to achieve business goals
  • Comfortable with collaboration tools such as Teams and project management tools such as Monday
