Location: Saint-Eustache, Quebec (Hybrid – 50% Office / 50% Remote)

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Strategy Manager to take ownership of our digital ad campaigns, content creation, lead nurturing, and trade show execution. This role is ideal for someone with a full-stack marketing skillset, capable of managing performance-driven digital campaigns, storytelling through content, and optimizing our CRM-driven lead flow.

This role will be equal to our current Growth Marketing Manager but focused on digital growth, content marketing, and reseller engagement through online channels. You will work closely with our ad agencies, CRM specialists, and marketing team to drive leads, increase engagement, and scale GoNano’s digital marketing presence.

The candidate must be willing to travel to our HQ office in Saint-Eustache, Quebec. This is an Office/Hybrid position (50% in-office, 50% remote).

Candidates selected for an interview must agree to psychometric testing as part of the selection process.

Bilingual (French/English) is required. Candidates must have a professional level of proficiency in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation:
    • Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google for GoNano dealers.
    • Work with ad agencies to optimize campaign performance, improve lead quality, and scale digital efforts.
    • Analyze campaign data, adjust targeting, and track KPIs to maximize ROI.
    • Oversee the creation of high-performing ad creatives, copy, and video content (in collaboration with designers and video editors).
  2. Content & Brand Development:
    • Lead content creation efforts, including video production, blog writing, and news releases.
    • Manage monthly newsletters for dealers/resellers, B2C clients, and prospects.
    • Oversee email campaigns, social media engagement, and organic content strategy.
    • Work closely with the social media team to align paid and organic marketing efforts.
  3. Lead Nurturing & CRM Optimization:
    • Collaborate with our CRM specialist to improve lead nurturing workflows and automation.
    • Optimize email sequences, retargeting efforts, and engagement strategies for maximum conversion.
    • Ensure seamless lead handoff between digital ads and dealer sales teams.
  4. Trade Show & Event Management:
    • Oversee all logistics for trade shows, including booth registration, setup, materials, electricity, carpets, badges, and reseller invitations.
    • Coordinate dealer participation, ensuring a strong GoNano presence at industry events.
    • Develop promotional materials and pre/post-event marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
  5. French Reseller Support & Website Management:
    • Translate and localize marketing assets for French-speaking resellers.
    • Serve as point of contact for French resellers, assisting with onboarding and marketing support.
    • Work with a web designer to improve GoNano’s client-facing website, making it more transactional and conversion-driven.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or performance marketing.
  2. Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation strategies.
  3. Experience in B2B or dealer marketing is a plus.
  4. Proficiency in email marketing, CRM automation (Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar tools).
  5. Background in content creation (video production, blog writing, social storytelling).
  6. Experience with trade show planning and logistics.
  7. Familiarity with SEO, website optimization, and conversion-focused web design.
  8. Bilingual (French/English) is required. Candidates must have a professional level of proficiency in both languages.
  9. Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
