Salary:

  • $2,500–$3,000 CAD/month
  • Additional annual profit-sharing bonus based on KPI achievement

Job Type:

  • Part-time (Around 20 hours per week, Tuesdays-Thursdays, with future full-time potential)
  • "Mostly remote" with 1 day a week at a co-working space in downtown Victoria

About You:

As our Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison for our growing base of Tour, Activity, and Attraction clients, managing relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the success of our proprietary "Yield Shield" marketing system. You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house specialists, contractors, and AI-powered solutions to drive exceptional value and performance.

We are committed to your growth and aim to expand this role as we onboard additional clients in the coming months.

A Day in the Life:

Your responsibilities will span several critical areas:

Account Management:

  • Act as the primary touchpoint for clients, cultivating trust and lasting relationships.
  • Clearly communicate strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal, external, and AI resources to execute the "Yield Shield" marketing system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance.

Project Management:

  • Ensure projects meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
  • Leverage project management tools effectively to prioritize and manage multiple client campaigns.

Marketing Execution & Analytics:

  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to execute branding, website development, and digital marketing campaigns tailored for tour operators and attraction suppliers.
  • Analyze marketing data, interpret results, and present insights clearly to clients.
  • Continuously stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools.

Goals & Accountabilities:

  • Maintain proactive and regular client communications.
  • Ensure project deliverables are consistently met on schedule.
  • Continuously enhance client satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
  • Internal metrics include:
  1. Average Quarterly Client KPI Achievement Rate of 90%
  2. Utilization Rate of 75%
  3. Labour Efficiency Ratio of 3

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, including digital marketing, branding, website development, and creative development
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service/account management
  • 2+ years of experience within the tour, activity, or attraction industry
  • Strong customer service orientation and proven relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing branding, website development, creative, and/or digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience using project management tools (experience with AI tools is a bonus)
  • Proven track record of quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Certification in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
