Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven and creative Growth Marketer to take ownership of our paid media strategy and help accelerate customer acquisition. If you also have skills in SEO, social media marketing, or affiliate marketing, that’s a major plus — there’s a lot of opportunity to grow with us as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more) to drive new customer growth
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to build powerful marketing funnels
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and other key metrics
  • Contribute to and improve our SEO strategy to increase organic traffic (nice to have)
  • Manage and grow our social media presence to build community and drive engagement (nice to have)
  • Support the launch and management of an affiliate marketing program (nice to have)
  • Bring fresh ideas for ad creatives, landing pages, and lead generation strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other major paid acquisition platforms
  • Bonus: SEO experience, social media strategy skills, or affiliate marketing knowledge
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, CMS platforms)
  • Based in Montreal or open to relocating
