We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our fast-growing marketing firm. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. Responsibilities include managing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, email, and SEO, while analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, audience targeting, and analytics. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with creative, content, and development teams. Innovation, results-driven marketing, and staying ahead of digital trends are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for KB Media and clients.
  2. Translate client goals into actionable digital strategies and collaborate with internal teams.
  3. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  4. Monitor and optimize campaign structures, including keyword targeting and ad copy testing.
  5. Track and measure performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  6. Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content.
  7. Collaborate with designers and content creators for digital assets.
  8. Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
  9. Analyze KPIs and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  10. Ensure client expectations are met and deliverables are on track, working closely with Account and Project Managers.
  11. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
  12. Collaborate with a team of diverse professionals including designers, copywriters, and web developers.
  13. Build successful team relationships.

Requirements:

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to deliver campaigns in both languages.
  • Excellent listening and interpretation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence, reliability, motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads setup and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proven digital marketing strategy expertise.
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn, especially regarding AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and leveraging data insights.
  • Comfort with Mac and/or PC computers.
  • Possession of a G-class driver’s license; access to a vehicle is an asset.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace is an asset.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, focusing on paid media and performance marketing.

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, or similar.

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Work Location: Casselman, Ontario

Starting Wages: $24-$28/hour (approx. $50K-$58K annually), based on experience. Wages are reviewed after a 6-month probation.
