Type: 7-Month Contract, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Description:

The Digital Learning Designer will design, develop, and implement digital learning solutions aligned with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, multimedia production, and e-learning technologies. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for enhancing the learning experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Instructional Design: Develop instructional materials and e-learning modules based on sound instructional design principles. Create engaging, interactive learning experiences for diverse learners.
2. Content Development: Design and produce multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, animations, and simulations. Write clear content, including scripts, storyboards, and assessments. Use e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia. Integrate content with LMS.
3. Project Management: Manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders for requirements and feedback.
4. Evaluation & Improvement: Use assessment strategies to measure effectiveness and continuously improve content based on data and feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of instructional design and e-learning development experience.
• Proven multimedia content creation skills and proficiency with authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
• Excellent graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability.
• Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about learning.
