A leading company in Canada seeks a Digital Insights Manager to oversee a team of analysts. This role involves analyzing digital data to enhance product performance and requires strong leadership and communication skills. About the role
As a Digital Insights Manager, you will manage an established team of digital data analysts. From analysis, your team will uncover insights that will feed product and user experience teams. Your work will help understand the performance, prioritize other teams tasks, improve digital products of Intact Lab products.
What you'll do here:
Help, coach, and follow your team in data analysis from the digital products of the Intact Lab.
Support the team to deepen their curiosity by suggesting innovative avenues of analysis in order to improve the digital performance of products.
Be the spokesperson for digital performance with senior leaders through multiple forums.
Oversee the development of business requirements in data collection.
Ensure the support and management of data requests across the team.
Act as a mentor and be at the forefront of digital data analysis.
Work with other Digital Analytics team to standardize tagging requirements.
Plan roadmaps annually and help your team focus on activities with maximum impact.
Actively participate in Intact Lab product roadmap discussions by ensuring that data is at the heart of the decision.
What you bring to the table:
7 years of experience in digital data analysis and insights.
Minimum 5 years of experience in team management in a large organization.
5 years of presentation experience in front of senior management stakeholders.
Inclusive leadership and ability to make decisions quickly.
Expert facilitator and pragmatic in their approach.
Excellent communicator with ability to influence and find consensus.
Excellent at making connections and identifying what is important.
Bilinguism is mandatory (FR-EN) - For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
