A leading company in telecommunications is seeking a Hardware Engineer to design complex PCB boards. You will manage designs from concept to production, ensuring high-quality products and resolving customer issues. This role offers high visibility and impact within the organization.
Join our team as we continue to expand our product portfolio in the Data Center and Carrier Service Provider sectors. The IP Routing Hardware organization is very flat, with few management levels between the Individual Contributor and the VP of Hardware. We are also very lean, allowing each Hardware Engineer to focus more on engineering work and less on overhead. As a result, your work will have high visibility, and your decisions will directly impact product design.

In 2011, Nokia entered into a strategic partnership with Microsoft to address increasing competition from iOS and Android. In 2014, Nokia sold its mobile and devices division to Microsoft. The creation of Nokia Networks, after acquiring Siemens' stake in 2013, laid the foundation for Nokia’s transformation into a network hardware and software provider. The 2015 acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent expanded Nokia’s portfolio and customer base. Additional acquisitions have positioned Nokia as a leader in the transition to 5G wireless technology, offering a comprehensive end-to-end 5G network portfolio globally. In 2016, Nokia re-entered the mobile handset market through a licensing agreement with HMD Global, offering phones under the Nokia brand.
