Join our team as a Digital Hardware Design Engineer at Nokia.

This role involves expanding our product portfolio in Data Center and Carrier Service Provider segments. The IP Routing Hardware organization has a flat management structure, providing high visibility and impactful decision-making for hardware engineers.

Responsibilities

1. Design complex, multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs).
2. Manage your design through the development process from concept to production release.
3. Verify prototype hardware under thermal and environmental conditions.
4. Collaborate with the factory to ensure high-quality product release.
5. Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in designing complex PCB layouts.
• Understanding of high-speed PCB circuit design and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with stack-up design, signal integrity simulation, and power circuitry.
• Familiarity with EMC/EMI/Safety standards and telecommunications standards (ITU/IEEE/Bellcore).
• Programming or scripting skills in C or Python.
