We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Growth Manager to own and optimize our digital strategy across multiple channels and platforms. As a key member of our team, you’ll lead day-to-day digital marketing operations, including delivering and optimizing campaigns that accelerate acquisition, engagement, and loyalty for SPC, Canada’s leading student discount and loyalty membership.
This role is instrumental to SPC’s growth and visibility. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and execution expert with hands-on experience across paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and funnel optimization. Your data-obsessed, creative, and passionate about building meaningful connections with Gen Z and student audiences.
Here's how you will impact SPC:
Campaign Management & Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Monitor performance in real time, optimizing for ROI, conversion rate, and cost efficiency
SEO & SEM Optimization
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, and implement on-page/off-page SEO best practices
- Manage and continuously refine search engine marketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and lead generation
- Build, deploy, and optimize segmented email campaigns to nurture leads and increase retention
- Analyze performance metrics to improve targeting, timing, and content effectiveness
Website & Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate with UX and development teams to ensure digital touchpoints support campaign goals and conversions
- Run A/B tests and implement CRO best practices to improve landing pages and lead capture flows
- Optimize each stage of the funnel for maximum performance and user experience
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
- Translate data into actionable insights to refine strategy, improve spend efficiency, and forecast trends
- Develop and lead digital marketing strategies aligned with SPC’s business and member growth goals
- Establish performance standards and testing frameworks across all digital touchpoints
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and scale
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Partnerships, and Product) to ensure alignment on messaging and goals
- Act as the subject matter expert on digital best practices, channel mix, and evolving trends
- Own and optimize the digital marketing budget across paid channels
- Manage vendor relationships, freelancers, and technology partners to ensure performance and transparency

What you contribute to the team:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially in paid media, SEO, email, and CRO
- B2C experience required; exposure to membership, subscription, or loyalty marketing models is highly preferred
- Experience marketing to Gen Z or student audiences is a strong asset
- SEO/SEM certification preferred
- Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus

- CMS: WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify
