Job summary

Common Wealth is expanding its financial planning team in Canada. As a Financial Planner, you will deliver personalized retirement planning using Conquest and create educational content to reach members at scale.

You’ll work directly with plan members and collaborate with Marketing and Product to align content with member needs. This early hire role blends hands-on member engagement with scalable planning, education, and content creation in a fast-growing team, with GTA preference for in-office

Qualifications

• Recognized financial planning designation such as QAFP or PFP.
• Willingness to pursue CFP within 12 months.
• Experience providing financial planning to individuals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized financial plans to plan members.
• Contribute to webinars, articles and educational content.
• Model scenarios and provide clear recommendations for action.
• Support the growth and scaling of the financial planning function.
• Engage with members in a digital-first environment while maintaining a high-touch experience.
