Role Summary

The Finance team at Hannam Fertility Centre (HFC) is a high-performing, agile group driving financial excellence to support our mission of providing exceptional fertility care. We lead financial planning, analysis, and governance across core and satellite sites, ensuring sound fiscal management that underpins both clinical operations and long-term organizational sustainability.

The purpose of the Digital Finance Senior Analyst at Hannam Fertility Centre (HFC) is to enable the clinic’s leadership to make faster, data-driven decisions by identifying, designing and automating manual finance tasks, supporting the integrating of data across systems, and producing actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and technology.

This role has no direct reports, however, will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Clinical teams to build automation workflows, optimize reporting, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in our data-driven decision-making.

Job Duties
  • Automate manual processes and finance reconciliations using Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA.
  • Support full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for HFC and affiliated entities, with a digital automation mindset and ensuring accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Identify, design and automate process improvement opportunities within finance and operations.
  • Build and enhance dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI) to support finance and management decision-making.
  • Partner with clinic leadership and CFO to build rolling forecasts and scenario models
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows across finance, billing, and clinical applications (using Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or RPA tools like UiPath).
  • Integrate data from different systems (Electronic Medical Records systems, patient management, accounting, payroll, CRM).
  • Train team members on new tools and best practices to build a culture of automation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years in finance, accounting, or data/automation analyst roles.
  • Exposure to healthcare finance, billing, or clinical systems is a strong asset.
  • Experience and/or education in Data Analytics and/or Information Systems is a strong asset.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, VBA, Power Query/Power Pivot).
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier, or Alteryx).
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for dashboard/reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to explain and translate data and information into actionable insights
Working Conditions
  • On-site at HFC’s Toronto location
  • Standard Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
    • Office Hours 8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday (with flexibility peak periods)
  • Dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting clinical, research, and patient care operation
