Job description

STV is seeking a Digital Delivery Specialist to join our Digital Advisory department at our New York City, NY office.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
2. Develop and enforce BIM standards, execution plans, and quality control processes to ensure model integrity and coordination.
3. Collaborate with project leadership, design teams, and consultants to integrate BIM workflows into overall project delivery and lifecycle management.
4. Guide model federation, data validation, and model-based coordination meetings using tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and Navisworks.
5. Mentor and support internal teams and clients on digital delivery best practices, model optimization, and technology integration.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in BIM management within large-scale infrastructure or vertical construction projects.
• Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and related BIM technologies.
• Proven ability to lead BIM efforts across multi-phase programs, including design, construction, and turnover phases.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.

Compensation Range: $128,289.89 - $171,053.19
