Delphy Digital is seeking a Digital Crop Engineer Horticulture for North America. The role involves expanding the user base of their Quality Management System (QMS) and providing support to clients in the high-tech greenhouse sector. Candidates should have a strong background in data analysis and horticulture, along with excellent communication skills. Team Delphy Digital
Delphy Digital develops “Green Digitization” in which the plant is central. This green digitization is a natural evolution for a crop consulting company, combining expertise from crop specialists and knowledge obtained through research. Data and crop models are integrated into the software, delivering intelligent solutions and advice for cultivation of crops and business management. For various crops, Delphy Digital has developed a Quality Management System (QMS). That generates a year-round plan for each crop and variety with the goal of achieving optimal production and quality tailored to the grower’s objectives. The QMS enables continuous monitoring to adjust for dynamic plant growth, climate conditions, and market demand. Above all, it provides growers with insights and support to prevent errors and ensure quality standards.
Delphy Digital is a dynamic and rapidly growing division of Delphy. To strategically continue this growth, the time has come for expansion into North America. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the dynamic digital team, serving as a liaison between clients and growers in North America on one side and Delphy’s specialists on the other.

A driven professional in data analysis with expertise in greenhouse horticulture and a passion for plant growth and cultivation optimization through digital innovation.
Job requirements
A completed BSc / MSc degree and knowledge of Horticulture (e.g. Biosystems Engineering), Plant Science, Horticultural Technology, Agribusiness, or a comparable field, or equivalent level obtained through work experience and practical courses :
