Digital, Creative and Brand Senior Web Advisor

Join to apply for the Digital, Creative and Brand Senior Web Advisor role at Norton Rose Fulbright.

Location: Hybrid Schedule - 3 days in office. Please note that this position can be filled in any of our offices across Canada.

The senior web advisor is responsible for owning and maintaining our Canadian NRF website in English and French. This role supports marketing, communications, events, linguistics, and webinar teams across the firm. It will also collaborate with regional and central digital teams during our migration to a new content management system in 2026. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to own and innovate the web management process for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Oversee daily ownership of all web pages on the NRF Canada website, ensuring content relevance and currency.
  • Web Publishing: Manage daily publishing of legal updates, client work, and press releases.
  • SEO: Optimize content for SEO, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • CMS Management: Maintain web platforms and tools to ensure performance across devices.
  • Migration: Lead the Canadian firm's migration to a new CMS, applying best practices.
  • Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to monitor and report web performance.
  • CRM Support: Assist with CRM related to events, webinars, and email campaigns, including contact management and client tagging.
  • Webinars: Manage relationship with webinar platform and oversee virtual event setup.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work with other teams to align website support with firm priorities.
  • Brand Advocacy: Be an expert on the NRF brand in Canada and ensure proper application.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years in digital channels, web publishing, or management roles.
  • In-house agency web experience is a plus.
  • Digital marketing or web development certification preferred.
  • Experience with web strategy, CMS, and UX.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with Sitecore, ON24, InterAction, Ceros is a plus.
  • Project management skills and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.

Vancouver Salary: $74,928 - $103,000. Salary to be discussed and based on experience.
