Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing digital counselling services for TELUS health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients in the province of Manitoba.

Our Counsellors:


  • Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a range of clients dealing with complex life challenges
  • Support clients in taking an active role in the change process by working from a strength-based approach
  • Provide excellent clinical services and embrace the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning
  • Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health's clinical models


Core qualifications and skills we are looking for:


  • Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work
  • Registration with Professional College or Association;
  • Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;
  • Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases, including clients who are a threat to self or others;
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients;
  • Previous counselling experienced working with professionals an asset
