Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to support ERP Cloud implementations. The role involves analyzing requirements, documenting functions, testing, and troubleshooting while interfacing with business users and clients.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in software implementation and demonstrable analytical and communication skills. The position offers travel up to 50%, a base salary in the disclosed range, and eligibility for Huron’s incentive compensation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors (as stated).
• 1–2 years of experience in software implementation process with requirements analysis and documentation.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience communicating clearly with team members and clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience or ERP Cloud Certifications (or progress toward them) is a plus.

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $91,800 - $106,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
