Job summary

Huron is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise software initiatives, specializing in Oracle EPM Cloud Suite and related tools. The role emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, client relationship building, and mentoring junior staff across engagements.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in cloud implementations, hands-on experience with HFM/FCCS/FDMEE, and strong communication, collaboration, and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• End-to-end project implementation experience within the Oracle EPM Cloud Suite.
• 3+ years’ experience with HFM, FCCS, and/or FDMEE.
• Deep understanding of the financial close cycle and related best practices.
• Experience with joint ventures, direct and indirect ownership structures, and equity pickup.
• Experience with foreign currency translation and its impact on financial statements.
• Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public and private companies.
• Financial management reporting and analysis experience, preferably with Financial Reporting Studio.
• Experience with account reconciliation tools such as ARM/ARCS/Blackline.
• Experience as a functional application specialist.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of staff.
• Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
• End-to-end project implementation experience within the Oracle EPM Cloud Suite
• 3+ years’ experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE)
• Deep understanding of the financial close cycle and related best practices
• Deep understanding of joint ventures, direct and indirect ownership structures, and equity pickup
• Experience with foreign currency translation and the effect of currency translation on the financial statements
• Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public and private companies
• Financial management reporting and analysis experience, preferably with Financial Reporting Studio
• Experience with account reconciliation a plus, preferably with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), or similar applications such as Blackline
• Experience as a functional application specialist
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
• Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $174,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
