  • Overseeing campaign setup and creative submissions with partner teams.
  • Managing project fundamentals including schedules, plans, kick-off calls, and updates.
  • Leading projects with internal and external teams, identifying potential roadblocks, and providing solutions.
  • Monitoring and influencing campaign delivery, troubleshooting issues, and providing optimization and upsell opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting strategic reports, campaign wrap-ups, and quarterly reviews to clients.
  • Leading optimization efforts for existing clients.
  • Building deep client relationships through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction.
  • Maintaining an advanced understanding of Torstar’s advertising products, systems, and partner teams to respond effectively to client requests, including billing, performance, delivery, and troubleshooting.
  • Sharing knowledge with team members and building productive internal and external relationships to drive results.
