Digital Analytics Manager will play a critical role in enterprise-wide Global Digital Storefront initiatives, joining Manulife’s Global Digital Marketing to drive the successful implementation and continuous evolution of the organization’s digital strategy across consumer markets. This role partners closely with digital marketing teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver insightful reporting, advanced analysis, and data-driven recommendations that inform strategic and tactical decision-making.
This position requires a highly motivated analytics leader with a strong passion for digital data and optimization. The Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex digital data, synthesizing results into clear, actionable insights that improve business outcomes. Leveraging an increasingly mature digital analytics ecosystem, the incumbent will analyze user behavior across major Manulife digital properties to measure performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize customer experiences. Through strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, this role will influence digital strategy, enhance performance, and help elevate the effectiveness of enterprise digital initiatives.
