We’re looking for a seasoned Digital Analytics & Insights Lead to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Location:

This role is remote, providing the flexibility to work from home. However, candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and be prepared to attend in-person meetings as required. Occasional travel to client sites or conferences may also be necessary.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Analytics & Insights Lead reporting to the Chief Data Officer. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of data-driven marketing and business intelligence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analytics and reporting services team, ensuring delivery of actionable insights across all digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), MCI, and Snowflake.
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to optimize digital marketing campaigns and business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to define KPIs and build custom dashboards and reports.
  • Drive personalization strategies through advanced analytics and customer segmentation.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in analytics, reporting technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Dataroma), and Snowflake.
  • Experience with personalization platforms and data visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing, attribution models, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Adobe Analytics or other enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities using data insights.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through analytics and insights.
