Position: Digital Analyst

Position Summary

Samsung.com is expanding its experimentation and insights practice. We need a data-driven analyst to run A / B tests, govern data quality, and turn behavior patterns into revenue-growing recommendations across divisions like Mobile & Wearables, Home Entertainment, Digital Appliances, and B2B.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, launch, and analyze A / B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target and Insider, including defining hypotheses, audience sizing, monitoring results, and presenting findings.
  2. Mine GA4, Adobe Analytics, and CDP datasets to uncover behavioral insights, segment performance, and translate findings into optimization recommendations.
  3. Design and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, automating data pipelines and defining metrics for stakeholders.
  4. Manage Google Tag Manager configurations, including creating events and performing QA.
  5. Define, document, and manage the GA4 data layer for analytics and testing tools, ensuring privacy and scalability.
  6. Collaborate with UX, Merchandising, Development, and Legal teams to embed experimentation and tagging in releases.
  7. Ensure data quality and governance through validation, monitoring, and stakeholder education.

Must-Have Qualifications

  1. 3–5 years in digital analytics, CRO, or experimentation for high-traffic e-commerce sites.
  2. Experience with A / B testing tools like Adobe Target or Insider.
  3. Advanced skills in GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
  4. Experience managing data layers for GA4.
  5. Proficiency in SQL / BigQuery and Excel / Sheets.
  6. Dashboard development in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  7. Strong understanding of GTM, debugging tools, and browsers / network tools.
  8. Ability to explain statistical concepts and craft narratives for non-analysts.

Nice-to-Have Extras

  1. Experience with server-side testing, Adobe Launch, or Tealium iQ.
  2. Knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript for troubleshooting.
  3. Exposure to SEO, paid media attribution, or product recommendations.
  4. Background in consumer electronics or retail e-commerce.

Location: 6790 Century Avenue, Mississauga, L5N 2V8. This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
