Overview

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Advertising, you will play a hand-on role to support digital advertising initiatives by assisting in campaign setup, monitoring performance, and contributing to optimizations to help drive business results through paid media campaigns. You will work across both Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid social platforms, implementing best practices, troubleshoot issues, and surface insights that inform ongoing improvements. You are detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to grow within the performance marketing, while contributing to day-to-day execution.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Digital Advertising.

What you’ll do
  • Support the development and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and partner networks to achieve measurable our goals.
  • Support broader marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Use several data points to improve strategies to reach, engage and acquire new merchants.
  • Supporting in analyzing performance metrics, create reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives that resonate with audience and are on-brand.
  • Stay up to date on all digital advertising platforms, including best practices and emerging trends in digital advertising.
  • Help in implementing testing strategies on paid channels, ad formats, and creative approaches to stay competitive and innovative, with the support of senior specialists and managers to evaluate results and apply insights.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing.
  • Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or other relevant advertising platforms are a bonus.
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically paid media in at least Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, retargeting, and optimizing for ROAS.
  • Familiarity programmatic, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 is an asset.
