What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team and create high-performance digital paid advertising campaigns.

The Digital Advertising Coordinator is responsible for executing and optimizing high-performing campaigns that drive business results. The incumbent will plan, create, optimize, and report on paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Shopping, Paid Search, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and more.

Full-time remote work is available nationally (Canada only). Our Connected Workplace Program offers the flexibility to choose a remote, hybrid, or in-office workspace!

Key Responsibilities

  • Create paid advertising campaigns, from setup to optimization, reporting, and management
  • Deliver positive ROI for e-commerce and lead generation clients
  • Manage campaign performance, provide platform recommendations, and oversee budgets
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and tactics; perform keyword research, audience testing, and ad copy creation
  • Collaborate with Paid Advertising Strategists to innovate and improve campaign results
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Paid Media leaders, and team members to meet client expectations on time and within budget
  • Prepare paid advertising design briefs for performance
  • Stay updated on latest trends in digital advertising and e-Commerce tactics

Knowledge, Education & Experience Required

  • A college diploma, university degree, or relevant job-related experience. We welcome highly experienced, self-taught, and self-motivated learners passionate about digital advertising.
  • Experience working in Paid Advertising / Digital Marketing
  • Proven experience managing campaigns in Meta / Google
  • Knowledge of SEM / PPC / CPM trends
  • Comfortable working remotely and participating in frequent video conferences (daily)
