Digital Account Executive

Pattison Media Digital is seeking a high-performing Account Executive with a passion for digital solutions and a drive to win. About the Role :

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Pattison Media Digital’s presence across Western Canada. You’ll collaborate with local and regional businesses to develop tailored digital strategies that address real challenges and deliver measurable results. From prospecting to closing deals and managing accounts, you will oversee the full sales cycle. This is a remote position with travel within your sales territory.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and client referrals.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through regular communication and strategic consultation.
  • Understand clients’ marketing needs and craft digital proposals aligned with their business goals.
  • Present and close deals confidently, professionally, and with a focus on value.
  • Manage client campaigns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on digital trends including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, and website strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

What We’re Looking For :

  • At least three years of successful marketing or digital sales experience.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising products such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, programmatic display, SEO, and websites.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and digital research platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Reside in Western Canada and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
