CBI Home Health in Waterloo, Ontario is seeking a Registered Dietitian Practice Lead to guide a group of regulated direct care providers and ensure patient and family experience and clinical service delivery meet or exceed standards set by CBI Home Health and external stakeholders.

Qualificações

• You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
• Familiarity with tube feeds would be considered an asset.
• Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care.
• You are passionate, empathetic and use good judgement in client decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Orientation of new staff to discipline-specific policies, procedures, resources and tools.
• Carrying a clinical caseload and ensuring equitable workload distribution.
• Leadership of regular discipline-specific clinical meetings and quality data reviews.
• Interacting with supervisors to resolve discipline-specific performance issues and plan education needs.
