Reporting to the Manager of Food Services, the Dietitian is responsible for the management of the food service software for IWK Patient Food Services. The Dietitian establishes and maintains contact with the IWK patients and family members who have expressed questions or concerns surrounding Dial for Dining services and/or menu. The Dietitian will be responsible for coordinating all food production for the Food Services Department, including patient feeding within the IWK Health Centre and its off-site locations, cafeteria, and catering services. This position is responsible for the supervision and scheduling of staff. The Dietitian provides nutrition education and acts as a mentor to dietetic interns and volunteers.
Primarily Monday to Friday, variable shifts, and flexible hours required.
