Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
  • Follow all HACCP standards.
  • Follow all contract services policies and procedures.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Attend up to 75% of department meetings.
  • Follow and adhere to all supervisor and management instructions.
  • Assist in maintaining Press Ganey scores within or above departmental targets/goals.
Standard Staffing Level Responsibilities:
  • Comply with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, seminars as required or directed.
  • Demonstrate use of Quality Improvement in daily operations.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Respect diverse views, demonstrate Standards of Respect, and contribute to a professional, tolerant, and accepting environment.
  • Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as required or directed.
  • All responsibilities are essential job functions.
  • On-the-job training is provided.
Experience/Skills (Required):
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Unless certification, licensure, or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

Activities include standing, walking, sitting, talking, handling, pushing/pulling, stooping, reaching, and exerting force up to 50 pounds. Exposure to chemicals may occur.

Additional Information:

Hours are after school (4-7 pm), weekends, and holidays.
