Job summary

Adamas International in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a Jewellery Manufacture and Repair Technician with 3–5 years of experience to fabricate, repair and set stones in fine jewellery. Work is on site and you will train apprentices and supervise junior jewellers as part of daily production.

You will follow industry standards, handle precision tasks, and contribute to maintaining high quality while coordinating with the shop team.

Qualifications

• 3 years to less than 5 years in jewellery manufacturing or repair.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing.
• Good communication and ability to instruct apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Clean all parts using specialized cleaning and rinsing solutions and machines.
• Instruct apprentices on techniques and safety.
• Supervise other jewellers or watch repairers.
• Fabricate and repair precious and semi-precious metal jewellery.
• Set precious and semi-precious stones in mounts.
