We are expanding our IT team in Montreal. You will work as a DevOps Specialist to support our local clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure systems to meet project-specific needs in collaboration with clients
• Design and implement cloud architectures and infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
• Handle deployment, monitoring, maintenance, administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Continuously improve our technical foundation (Git, Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
• Design and deliver training sessions
• Participate in on-call and off-call rotations, including weekends and evenings
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards agreed with clients

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Linux environments (Ubuntu, RedHat, Debian)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Experience with open-source applications
• Experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
• Familiarity with virtualization/containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork passion
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
