Job description

Solutions Architect

• Drive continuous technology transformation to minimize technical debt.
• Collaborate with cross-functional application & infrastructure teams to develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance for developers, ensuring compliance with technical frameworks, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) policies, and procedures related to PII and CUI.
• Participates in defining target state technology architecture and roadmaps; ensure alignment of initiatives with these targets.
• Build strong partnerships with developers to align skills with technological directions.
• Participate in code reviews, security audits, and performance testing to maintain the integrity of cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and security trends to keep solutions innovative, secure, and cost-effective.
• Document architectural solutions and procedures (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications :

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
• Knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
• Self-motivated with strong collaboration skills with internal resources and vendors.

Technologies

• Experience with RHEL Linux v8, Ansible, Github, Jenkins, JFrog, Cloudflare Web Application Firewall, Docker / Podman / Kubernetes / Okta.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile principles.
• Familiarity with various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.
• Proficiency in current web standards & frameworks.
