About Jobgether

Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.

One of our companies is currently looking for a DevOps Lead in the United States or Canada.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role ideal for a DevOps expert who is passionate about driving infrastructure innovation at scale. You will lead platform engineering efforts that enhance CI/CD, observability, cost optimization, and overall system resilience. Working in a remote-first environment, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders across product, security, and operations to deliver a robust and scalable platform. If you thrive in ownership-heavy roles and want to shape the future of DevOps in a fast-growing tech company, this is the opportunity for you.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and evolve the company’s DevOps and platform engineering practices, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
  • Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support fast-paced development while maintaining system stability.
  • Improve system observability using tools like Datadog and GCP monitoring, and define standards for SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
  • Drive infrastructure cost optimization and performance improvements across cloud environments.
  • Build internal tools and reusable infrastructure modules to enhance developer productivity.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and finance teams to align infrastructure with business goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering roles, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or Go, with deep experience managing production systems and troubleshooting distributed architectures.
  • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and associated tools (ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform).
  • Experience with GCP or equivalent cloud providers, with a focus on cloud efficiency and infrastructure automation.
  • Proven success in building CI/CD pipelines and internal developer platforms from scratch.
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Prometheus and previous experience participating in on-call rotations.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ($180,000–$220,000) + Series C equity with high growth potential
  • Remote-first work culture — work from anywhere in the US or Canada
  • Early exercise available for all equity, including pre-vested options
  • Flexible PTO, year-end break, and self-care days
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents
  • 401(k)/RRSP with 4% company match (US/Canada)
  • Home office setup stipend + MacBook Pro
  • Monthly meal and social meetup stipends
  • Annual wellness and learning stipends
  • Unlimited access to professional financial advisory services
