We’re hiring a DevOps Lead to take ownership of infrastructure strategy and lead a high-performing DevOps team supporting blockchain interoperability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex CI/CD pipelines
• Improve monitoring and observability tools
• Build automated, secure environments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and containerization
• Collaborate with developers and SREs
• Address infrastructure bottlenecks and introduce automation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience as Automation/Kubernetes SME
• Professional background in Blockchain/Web3
• DevOps/SRE Lead experience

Desired Skills & Experience:

• End-to-end Terraform provisioning
• Proficiency in Python

Tech Environment:

• AWS

Daily Responsibilities:

• 70% Hands-On technical work
• 30% Team collaboration and leadership
