  • Maintain and upgrade these platforms across development, staging and production environments..
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to incidents and support requests from other engineering teams.
  • Partner with engineering teams to help them use our platforms well, from deployment and configuration to monitoring and alerting.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues from first report to root cause, and elevate early when a fix crosses team boundaries.
  • Help keep our platforms reliable and cost-efficient as usage grows.
  • Write runbooks and documentation that help on-call engineers, AI Agents and other teams solve problems on their own..
  • Make task-level implementation decisions, elevate ambiguity early, and incorporate feedback to improve EngOps execution.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • A solid understanding of core DevOps tools, systems, and practices, coupled with the initiative to ship consistent, high-quality work.
