Job Description

• The Microsoft App Platform (MAP) team is responsible for enabling the public cloud as a preferred platform across Brokerage IT.
• This global, multidiscipline team architects and delivers secure, robust, and innovative solutions that enable development teams to build and deploy new applications and migrate selected existing applications into the public cloud.
• The Azure and PowerPlatform DevOps Engineer will work on evaluating and integrating cloud products and services into standardized solutions, supporting application migration, integration, and automation efforts across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and deploy applications to Azure, PowerPlatform, and Dynamics 365.
• Design and implement Azure and PowerPlatform cloud architecture and application integration/refactoring.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Write scripts using PowerShell and Python for automation and system management.
• Design scalable systems in an enterprise environment.
• Collaborate effectively with multidiscipline teams, business partners, and sponsors.
• Take operational ownership and drive engineering and development initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences across a global organization.
• Evaluate new cloud products and services and integrate them into standard cloud solutions.

Requirement/Must Have

• Experience with migrating and deploying applications to Azure, PowerPlatform, and Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Azure and PowerPlatform cloud architecture design and application integration.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform.
• Expert scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in global organizations and across time zones.
• Strong sense of operational ownership and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dynamics 365 or PowerPlatform training/certification.
• Automating setup of PowerPlatform/Dynamics 365 environments.
• Knowledge of PowerPlatform security model, CMK encryption key management, and data loss prevention policies.
• Dataverse management experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Agile/DevOps environment experience.
• Experience with CICD pipelines, especially Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of cloud security products.
• System administration skills on Linux or Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of open-source contributions.
• Experience with security, legal, and regulatory compliance for cloud migration in the financial sector.
• Experience with large-scale migration tooling, automation, and process implementation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Experience

• Proven experience in Azure, PowerPlatform, Dynamics 365, and cloud migration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work across enterprise-scale global organizations.
