About The Role

We are currently seeking dynamic professionals to join our team as DevOps Engineers. As our DevOps Engineer, you will :

• Enhance and extend features of the Summit HUB application.
• Provide critical business and production support for the AMER region.
• Work primarily with C++ and Python, but be flexible with other technologies.
• Communicate actively with IT, Business, and ITID stakeholders across Pune, London, Paris, Hong Kong, and Toronto.
• Contribute to tooling and the DevOps transformation of the application, and adapt to project allocations.

What Your Day will Look Like

• Engage with business users to elicit detailed information under pressure.
• Own projects from inception to completion, increasing knowledge of Finastra Summit and Markitwire.
• Coordinate change delivery between IT development, change management, and business stakeholders.
• Identify problems and implement technical solutions.
• Manage application upgrades and support during AMER hours.
• Understand user issues, analyze, and resolve them.
• Collaborate seamlessly with global teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed, you likely have the following qualifications :

• Technical Skills : C++, Python, Oracle, OOP, scripting, control-m, Rational RTC, IDE (MS Visual Studio), understanding of IT development lifecycle, JIRA, Jenkins, BMC Control-M, DevOps, Automation.

Preferred skills include Java, Rundeck, experience in distributed teams, and proactive learning.
