Altis seeks a Systems Administrator with DevOps experience to support enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and platform services in a hybrid Toronto environment. You will help strengthen reliability, security, and efficiency of critical systems across internal teams and business operations.

Working with engineering, security, and operations, you will evolve cloud platforms, automation, and identity services while solving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in systems administration, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, SDLC principles, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Experience administering CIAM or Identity Provider platforms, with knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Experience supporting CRM platforms. Experience with Linux, Bash or Python scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps practices, or relevant AWS, Terraform, or DevOps certifications is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • You'll develop and enhance DevOps practices that improve collaboration across development, operations, and security teams.
  • You'll design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate application builds, testing, and deployments.
  • You'll provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, ensuring scalable and repeatable deployments.
  • You'll administer AWS cloud environments while maintaining secure, highly available, and reliable infrastructure.
  • You'll support Identity Provider (IdP) and CIAM platforms, including SSO, authentication flows, federation, and identity integrations.
  • You'll manage CRM platform administration, user access, platform configuration, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • You'll monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and implement automation to improve operational efficiency and strengthen security.
