Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for leadership and customer service? We are looking for a DLM Team Supervisor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking IT services company. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the DLM team, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to SLA targets.
• Organize and oversee team activities, including logistics and build room tasks.
• Take ownership of escalations, ensuring effective incident management and resolution.
• Foster a positive and professional working environment, promoting company values and high service standards.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety policies, as well as industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 14001.
• Encourage continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs and providing feedback to enhance performance.
• Support personal and professional development within the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate documentation of processes and procedures within internal systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of IT service management and problem-solving skills would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing a team.
• A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering outstanding IT solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly to support both colleagues and clients.
• Experience in a similar managed service environment would be nice but not essential.
• A relevant IT qualification (or working towards one) is an advantage.
