About the Role

In this position, you will collaborate with data scientists, ML-Ops engineers, and internal stakeholders to design and implement robust machine learning pipelines. The role encompasses the full lifecycle of ML solutions from problem discovery to technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement ML pipelines using a variety of industrial data sources
2. Conduct technical assessments to guide ML engineering direction
3. Collaborate with cybersecurity, industrial systems, safety, and ethics teams
4. Mentor and support junior technical team members
5. Deliver Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) projects for future scale-up

Ideal Profile:

1. Experience building applications, backend systems, or data platforms
2. Exposure to or strong interest in machine learning, data engineering, or AI
3. Familiarity with tools such as Python, PyTorch, Airflow, AWS, Terraform, etc. is considered an asset
4. Educational background in computer science, software engineering, statistics, or mathematics is highly regarded
